Lots of guide trips this past week on Lake Taneycomo with excellent results.  Flood gates have been closed but the Great Fishing, remains open.  Lots of kids during Spring Break, and “Man have they had a good time.”  Me the guide has had a better one, seeing these youngsters catching lots of very quality Rainbow and Brown Trout.

Upper Restricted Zone is still fishing very well early for Trophy catch and release fish.  White 1/8th. jig is still working best.

Lilleys’ Landing to Roark creek is also fishing quite well for excellent quality Rainbows in the 13 to 18 inch class.  Weather has been hit and miss as it is in Spring, but the fish are just tearing it up.
