Current Fishing Report Table Rock and Taneycomo 1-21-16

Wow, I've been really lax about posting on my site, mostly due to all my activity on www.ozarkanglers.com/forums.  I'm moderating the Table Rock lake site and have articles on it weekly. We have had a very wet last month, and Table Rock is very high, but dropping everyday.  Level today is 919.  All this water has been flushing thru Taneycomo and really doing it good.  It needed a refresher.  I have not been down yet this year, but Lilleys Landing is reporting excellent trout fishing in the strong current up by the dam.  Most people are using shad flys or white jigs in 1/8th. to catch some very nice rainbows and browns.  I believe this will continue thru Spring Break time so that is exciting. Table Rock is a bit off color as it has been for the past 12 months, but clearing.  With these cool nights and no rain in the forecast it will start heading back to normal.  Surface temps have been in the mid-50's but I'm sure they are falling.  There has been a decent bite on football jigs shallow in front of the buck brush and of course the A-Rig.  I have a current blog on the A-Rig on Ozarkanglers.com   It is on the Table Rock forum entitled Rigging the A-rig.  I believe it is up to over 2000 views and some very nice comments.  If you have not fished the A-Rig or would like to learn more about it, please take a look at that article or give us a call, we would be glad to put one in your hands. Here at the Lodge, I have been doing everything I can to put all my equipment in order for 2016 reloading, cleaning and re working everything from top to bottom.  I still have some excellent Pre-owned Falcon Rods that are like new for same at huge discounts.  Please give us a call for any of your fishing rod needs. We still have some openings for March and early April to fish either trout or bass, your choice.  if your in the market for a Branson Fishing Trip or an over night stay at White River Lodge bed and breakfast, please give us a call.
