Branson Landing Fishing

Joe and Martina Fritz, were my clients on March 23rd. 2010.  Started drifting powerbait on the bottom thru the area just adjacent to the Landing.  Covered the deep water cut with most baits being presented in the 22 to 28 ft. range.  Flo-Orange Power bait on a drift rig using very light tackle was the key.

Fish are running excellent size and we caught and released over 40 very nice rainbow trout.

March 24th. 2010, Fishing Report for the Branson Landing and Roark Creek, fishing with Andy and Delaney Gaston.

Delaney is only 8 yrs. old, and truly a very good fisherperson already.  Morning started with a jig and float fishing the wall just downstream from the Fish House.  We caught and released about a dozen very nice rainbows along the wall.

Take a Child Fishing, and See the Smiles

Moved to the mid-section drifting in  Front of the Branson Landing, and again fishing this deep water with drift rigs, we caught another dozen.

Spincast Fishing for Rainbow Trout on Lake Taneycomo

Moved to Roark and casted Kastmaster 1/4 oz. spoons to midging rainbows, ending the 6 hr. morning trip with over 60 catch and release fish.  Just a super day with the Father and Daughter team.
